The AC was cold, the room had lots of movies to watch. Was overall great. The rooms are very outdated I must say. When I rented the pictures showed me hardwood floors and two chairs and ottoman for my room. It was outdated ripped up carpet and a couch from the 70’s. But overall was great. I did use……

“The hotel was very clean. My only complaint was the smell and the floors. It smelled musty, the floors weren’t swept, and needed to be mopped badly. Our feet were black from walking on the floor. The parking lot was very compact and hard to get around. The guy who cleaned the rooms was clearly intoxicated from drugs or alcohol. He was very spaced out and strange. I felt like it wasn’t safe to leave valuables or medicine in the room. My husband and I sat out by the pool and the cleaning guy sat……

“The facility was clean but slightly dated. Our room was extremely humid and had a damp smell even with the a/c running full the whole time. To be fair it was 100* out the day we checked in. There are several attractions within walking distance including restraunts. The breakfast area is spacious and there's something for everyone. We didn't use the pools but they appeared well kept. ”

“We had a crazy weekend in Eureka Springs at this hotel. We were woken in the middle of the night with tornado sirens, and the owner looked after all of us. Hotel was very biker friendly and kept supplies ready for us all the time. ”
