「My only complaints are small. I was told it was a heated pool but it was freezing. Breakfast was out for a while and all the food was dry and not pleasant to eat. But better than many other hotels. Other than that an above average experience.」

「We had 3 adults and 1 child. We stayed in a one-bedroom unit. We were right by a playground and pool (that pool wasnt open yet but there were other options). Kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed, as well as additional bedding to make up the pull out couch. It was clean and comfortable. Certainly enjoyed being away from the bustle of town. Would recomment and stay again.」

「We love the Hilton Promenade. From check-in and valet parking, it’s always easy. Rooms are very comfortable and we especially like having the balcony. Great shopping is nearby and some great restaurants. This is always our favorite place to stay.」

「We really enjoyed our stay at the Savannah House. The staff was friendly and the views were great. It was relaxing sitting outside watching the waterfall and drinking coffee. The complimentary cobbler and ice cream every night was a nice touch. The only thing that could make the stay better is if they would provide body wash. They have shampoo and conditioner and a tiny bar of soap for your hands but no body wash. But if do, it was great」

「My husband and I booked this stay for our 25th anniversary based on past reviews, unaware the hotel changed hands days ago. The current management has let standards completely collapse, failing on three core hospitality pillars: cleanliness, working amenities, and professional service. We checked out an entire night early. The room was a severe hygiene hazard. The sofa was so deeply stained with what appeared to be bodily fluids that we had to layer multiple hotel towels over it just to use it....

「The stool rocked when you sat down, the baseboards needed a good scrubbing with dark spots present. You can tell that the cleaning staff does a good job with the day to day work. Breakfast was as expected. Air conditioning was great, staff was nice, the room was clean.」
