the house was lovely. we felt since there was a housekeeper charge the beds should have been made the hot tub wouldn't stay hot

No amenities offered actually work

The 2 amenities that made us book the property both had issues the whole stay. The hot tub would not heat much above 92 or stay heated. The golf cart would not stay charged, had no working turn signals or tail lights and then just stopped working altogether out 2nd day there.

Could have been better

Dirty under beds. No welcome letter with information about the place in unit. Hot tub didn’t get hot. What the description said about the golf cart being one price for weekend isn’t the case with the rental agency. They charge more than what’s listed. Overall it was ok. For what the cleaning fee was we shouldn’t have had to make Our beds or strip our beds. Be prepared to make your beds.
