Great Family Getaway

House was clean upon arrival and was in a great location. Nice quiet neighborhood just a hop and a skip from the beach. About a 15min drive to Southport. Only thing is the house really needs an outdoor rug to help keep from tacking sand inside. Everything else was 10/10 and would book it again

We liked the location. Walking distance to the beach and shops and a Publix. We loved the pool itself and got a lot of use out of it. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean. However the house needs some attention from the owners. One of the mattresses had urine stains. The couch and ottoman were also stained. This house has so much potential! The screened in porch would have been a great spot to read but is sorely in need of a pressure wash, a new coat of paint. The screens are ripped making it feel even more dingy. No lounge chairs or umbrella around the pool. Only plastic chairs. A nice sized yard but no landscaping so it’s a little dreary sitting by the pool. We got the impression that the owners must not spend any time there.
