“We always love the Hampton Inn. Staff is always courteous and helpful. Amenities are always great. Rooms are always clean and fully stocked. Breakfast is always fantastic. If I had to nitpick, I do wish the room smells a little bit better. There’s always a tiny bit of a stale smell, but I’m not sure how that could be remedied. Also, I was disappointed that only one elevator is working this weekend but I know stuff happens.”

“Location is good. Near the two big supermarkets and other attraction. Room is clean and tidy. Staffs are very helpful. If the breakfast provided everyday can be a little bit different, it would be better. As a whole, it is satisfactory at this low price.”

“Desk staff friendly, efficient, and helpful. I was very disappointed you service was scheduled for three days after check in, because we stayed four days. Our room had two towels, two wash clothes, roll and half tissue to last until service… three days. I received more towels and clean bed sheets from desk clerk in the evening. I changed bed covers myself after two days. Trash over flowed, I changed trash basket myself. Bought more tissue paper myself. ”
