There is a one time fee per car to park in the neighborhood. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. A little more than an hour drive to the visitor center of Yosemite. House is nearby a pizza place and a small grocery store which has everything you would need for a short stay. Had plenty of time to explore yosemite and then come back and...
