First off let me say this place is about location and price. It is near many multiple freeway locations and restaurants. Other than that is has nothing going for it. It is run down and has no blankets for the bed to sleep, just 2 sheets. The fan made sound but blew no air out. We had a desk but no chair. It advertised a patio but there was none. And the complimentary breakfast was as basic as can be, box cereal and bagels. And even though there were two guests, my wife and I, they only gave me a coupon for one breakfast per room. We chose not to eat. And the amtrak train goes by consistently like every 20 minutes or so, shaking the room and blaring the train horn.

The only good things about this place were the parking and friendly staff. Room was dirty and smelled like urine. Not at all like the pictures. Very dark, broken items, paint uneven, floor with cracks. Couldn’t sleep because of smoke smell….Would NOT recommend!

It was a walkable area and I found it was easy to figure out how to use the bus and transit system! A few bars and restaurants near by in a 10 min walking distance down Broadway. Trips into the city of San Francisco was as easy as taking the BART station nearby! Save your money and time and take advantage of the all day pass and public transit in the city

It was alright! The nightly cost your saving is worth it compared to the much more expensive stays near by. If your low on cash and are visiting for a few days and rather use the savings out in Town and traveling too the city of San Francisco I’d recommend! otherwise spending extra at the nicer hotels is most likely what I’m doing next time I’m in town! The redeeming quality of this place was the Amtrak was a few blocks walking distance away so you can book a ride back home once you check out!

Weed stench throughout the hallway. The linen were clean. Basic amenities were missing. No room service. I felt terrible taking my family to this hotel. I won't recommend to anyone.

A great location with access to food and entertainment venues in the vicinity. My room was large with comfortable bed and good clean linens. Elevator is old but functions well. Basic breakfast options, but adequate to start my day. I was using public transit which is readily available in the area. Therefore I did not use the parking garage, it seemed adequate and convenient to the hotel entrance. I spent 2 nights and would stay here again.

The room itself was not that bad, but the noise from passing trains, yelling and screaming could be heard by some of the shady guests, noticeable prostitution and other suspicious behavior I would not recommend anyone to stay there.

DO NOT STAY HERE…. Dirty, broken windows, missing light bulbs in lamps, broken mirror, shower didn’t work. The whole place is just unkept and super sketchy. A prostitute was in lobby when I was arriving. Elevator looks as thought it will break any second. Pictures on site are completely not what it looks like. Bad part of the area and homeless by the hotel. Pay more and stay another place.
Just one picture of stains all over carpet. They were everywhere.

The supposed renovations no bueno. There was something wrong with the first 2 rooms. We accepted the 3rd because of no smell. The elevators inspection needs to be updated.

I came to check in, a dude at the reception was talking to his friend on the phone in the office, waited for him for 20 minutes, he started to register me and it turned out that I needed a deposit of $50 and payment only from a physical card, I had access only to Apple Pay, they don't accept it like that, while I was figuring out how to pay the deposit at the reception a lady came and started smoking right there 😂 in general, a very suspicious place and area

It's a very good deal, overall. I had the unfortunate experience of a guy trying to strong-arm his way into the place as I came back from the store. There was a lot of ranting and raving, and capitulation. The place is kind of nice though, really. I woke up to like 6 herons just kind of hanging out outside my window. Very cool stuff! It could use a solid cop or two, but the employees do their best. I think it has a pool, but I never got the chance to check it out. The location is excellent.

As a group of 4 women and a baby it did not feel safe at all to stay here. Too many people lingering outside of the hotel, people sleeping in their cars (inside the parking lot), it smelled like weed in the hallways, the elevator was dirty, and the room just felt so dirty and looked dirty too. Please don’t waste your money here!
