“Goo place”

“Room was good (bed very comfortable). Loved seeing the alligators outside! Breakfast options were good. Only complaint was that the pool was not open during our visit. ”

“The air conditioner does not work properly. It is a very old system. The elevator was not working. The ice machine was not working in the 8th floor. I switched hotels after staying a few days. ”

“The one redeemable fact is that the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. When we checked in, it seemed like it was going to be nice. Then everything needed or wanted in the room was not available. There was a coffee pot, but no coffee packets or cream, sugar, etc. There was a phone to the front desk, but it had no dial tone and was unusable. There was a TV with a very unusual/complicated system to get "into" it, and there were no directions/instructions as to how to operate it. ……

“The staff was very good and helpful. Breakfast was good sausage and gravy and biscuits, eggs and sausage. They did have juice and coffee available around the clock. The suite I was in was very clean and fresh. The only thing that slowed me down a little bit was in the evening I enjoy watching T. V but the channels did not match up with the list that was there and even the label markers in the TV screen was not the same. “BOTH of our tvs did not work. Despite them stating “someone” is coming out to fix it, no one came by on any day of our 3 night stay. They hand out a tip sheet noting no smoking within 25 feet of the building. The live-in manager smokes constantly right in front of the lobby door. There isn’t a moment when she is there that the lobby doesn’t smell like smoke. Upon our check in I asked her (to confirm) if this building was smoke free because I smell it.
