“We were pleased with the home, the view and the grounds. Five adults, 2 kids and 2 dogs were very comfortable. Furniture was nice, there was plenty of dishes, silverware and pots and pans. The owners were super nice and very helpful. We would most definitely stay here again”

“This is an older but nicely remodeled home. Beautiful views even with a rainy weekend. The lake laps right up to the edge of the property. Very close to town for entertainment but far enough away that you can get alone time. We would make 2 very strong recos. Put up curtains or blinds in the living room; it's disconcerting that the neighbors can see right in. Also, leave an instruction sheet for the TV; it was very challenging trying to figure out how the remote worked and what options were……

“The outdoor spa tub was broken, the water in it was full of garbage (the kids were disappointed), there was no ping pong table like in the photo, the curtains in the living room were dirty, there was no laundry detergent (had to call for delivery) and not enough quilts ( Had to call for delivery), mice were running from the ceiling at night.”

“We had the opportunity to stay at this amazing house with my family and friends for our 4th annual fishing trip. The house had everything we needed to accommodate 5 adults and 3 kids. The location probably cannot get any better than that. It’s located right next to the opening of main lake access. Fish is jumping everywhere. We brought 4 bass boats and the house had parking for our truck and trailers as well as a big boat dock to fit all the boats too. Highly recommended and we hope to stay……

“The property is a gem. Immaculate and well stocked. Away from the hustle and noise. The views are beatiful and calm. We enjoyed identifying the birds but forgot our binoculars! Our host was helpful getting us settled in. Great stay!”

“We had a great time at this beautiful cozy home. The hot tub was great and the furnishings were nice and comfy. It was pretty quiet, although there was some work being done near by, it wasn’t at unreasonable hours and didn’t impact our stay. The neighbors on one side are close, but the view other side made it feel very private. I would stay again for sure.”

“Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood - we throughly enjoyed our stay! From catfishing, swimming, soaking up the sun & soaking in the hot tub to sitting by the fire pit, BBQing or simply watching various birds and enjoying all of the beauty nature has to offer at the lake. When the wind picked up or got too warm - my mom (91) could still enjoy the view from the living room through the big windows. Our host Steve, was very responsive & very kind - We look forward to coming back!!”

“Great stay! Our group of adults and teens enjoyed this house so much. The beds were super comfy and its right on the water. We bbq'd everyday and were visited by the ducks and other wild birds. We would highly recommend this home for a getaway of pure relaxation. 5 Stars!”

“Very nice property. From the instructions, it seems as if the renters had bad experiences in the past, which is really sad. The rental was very clean, location spectacular, truly million dollar views. We had a wonderful time. We hope that future renters can respect their property as their own so that the warnings don't have to seem so restrictive and negative. This is a lovely place and should be treated as such.”

“This cabin was exactly what we needed for our short fishing trip at Clearlake. We had a boat and trailer with us and there was plenty of room to park our trailer and turn it around easily. The house is located minutes from a boat launch and had a few restaurants and a small market within walking distance. There’s even a small boat launch in back of the property for kayaks or other small watercraft and you could fish the canal if you’d like—though when we were there the water level was a little……

“Couldn’t check in at 4:00 because we didn’t have the code to open the door. Tried several times to get in touch with the host by text and phone. Finally called the restaurant and got the code. So took over an hour to get in. Also there was pee in the toilet! Otherwise it was clean.”
