“This hotel has a lot going for it: a beautiful, well-maintained building in an unbeatable, walkable location, a nice pool, and good food in both the restaurant and café. However, the beds are uncomfortable and the doubles too small for two, and the service is inconsistent — some staff are friendly while others are inattentive, with slow pool-towel requests through reception and food not always arriving when ordered. Great location and aesthetics, but comfort and service need improvement.”
