Amazing place. Centrally located to the city center, yet a refuge from the bustle of the markets. Chose this place because it has parking and air conditioning. Even though the parking is offsite the walk was pleasant. My favorite part of this hotel was the free breakfast. The menu changes daily and everything is delicious. Very clean rooms, friendly staff, good wi-fi, water bottles in the rooms.

From the moment we entered the lobby we were warmly greeted by the staff. The property was adorned with beautiful foliage and flowers. The breakfast was comparable to ones you would have at 5 star resorts. It was walking distance from everything you would want to see. The concierge, Carmen, will steer you to all the sites and markets that Oaxaca has to offer. Mucho Gracias, Carmen! Oaxaca is beautiful and a must!

The staff is friendly, the room was clean, and the breakfast was phenomenal. It's in a perfect location for tourists. If I ever go back to Oaxaca I will almost certainly stay here again. Oh and the hotel itself is beautiful.

Location was excellent it’s walking distance for everything, Breakfast food was delicious the only thing that i would have loved is a mini fridge but went to oxxo and got a disposable cooler and ice so no big deal will definitely recommend and book again Oaxaca is on my list again
