“Mon expérience a malheureusement été très décevante. La chambre attribuée pas du tout insonorisée se trouvait dans le second logement,au rez-de-chaussée ,au bord d’un boulevard extrêmement fréquenté, et juste à côté de l’entrée où une porte claque régulièrement. Le chauffage possède un voyant lumineux très puissant qui éclaire toute la pièce durant la nuit, rendant le sommeil difficile. Les coussins, petits et durs, ne remplacent absolument pas de vrais oreillers. Avec le recul, j’aurais dû……

“Though, a little away from downtown’s historic district, we enjoyed a very pleasant stay. There is a casino and a movie theatre adjacent to the lobby. Cafe and restaurant as well. There is a pond with a nice walkway around it. Playground for kids behind that pond. If you have a dog you will enjoy the area. Big breakfast buffet worth every penny and free parking not to forget.”

“Pls don’t pick this hotel if u expect u can have hotel normal service. They are digital hotel with no reception, no housekeeping from 1pm to other day morning. U they don’t expect u need a glass, or a fork and they won’t provide them in the room. To their suggestion, as a digital hotel, I think u should let your customer get those they need in a digital way, say self service counter for necessary. I didn’t get the digital key email before my check in. Lucky that I arrived a bit early before……

“Beautifully renovated historic building with beautiful garden and a top-notch restaurant. The new lift is especially good, saving us the effort to wrestle luggages up the steep stairs typically of older Dutch buildings. Quiet surroundings at the historic city center. Very nice and helpful staff. Oh, and the breakfast is well worth the money. Everything is tasty.”

“massive problem at check in as i was not informed about the access code. as i was checking in at night it created unwanted additional costs. the place is good, the room was spot on, the breakfast was good. The the area in even better. ”

“The sound insulation of the hotel and the external street is too bad. The carpet inside the hotel is too old. Need to be updated”
