“La colazione era abbondante e gustosa, con una grande varietà.”

“👍👍👍”

“Fremragende værdi for pengene, meget tilfreds med opholdet!”

“This property was fantastic. The communication we received before, during and after our stay was great. So much thought went into everything, complementary drinks when we arrived, and thank you gift on leaving. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything you could need. We are a family of 6 (4 children) and they have already asked if we can stay at Bensimon if we ever visit Berlin again! Can’t recommend it highly enough, thank you!”

“The apartment was very clean and I was a bit surprised that we had to remove the linen and take out the trash.”

“雖然不是在市中心，但門口就有地鐵站，到市區景點相當方便，樓下有兩三家超市，很多餐廳，生活機能很好。房間寬敞，最重要的是附設免費洗衣設備，節省了很多錢跟時間”

“Heerlijk om even te relaxen bij het zwembad, perfect voor een solo uitje!”

“If you check in late, that would be a concern for you as the reception is not 24/7 service. You need to call the hotel emergency hotline to retrieve the key at mailbox.”

“整體非常良好 只是蚊子好多”

“Disappointing Stay – Good Location, Poor Room Condition I stayed at Apartmenthaus Berlin Neukölln while visiting Berlin for a gig nearby. The location was convenient, with good transport links, and the check-in process was very easy. Unfortunately, these were the main positives of my stay. The room itself was in poor condition and fell short of my expectations. There was no kettle, and although they offered a coffee machine as an alternative, the drinks were not heated properly. There was also……

“I was in town for the Berlin Marathon. This is the third time that I have stayed at this location. The location is so convenient. From the airport it is a train to Berlin Hauptbahnhof then a transfer to any of S3, S5, S7, or S9 lines and 3 stops later you are at Zoologischer station. From there it is one block to the Smartments. There is grocery store right in Zoologischer station. The apartment has a really nice kitchen with full supplies. You are one block from Kurfürstenstraße or……

“Very good nice location ”

“It’s a cozy, modern hotel with a nice location: a-minute walk from the underground U2 Line. And tram M8 is right in front of the hotel, which is pretty easy to get to the central station. The hotel is just a station away from Alexanderplatz, which is a noted shopping area as well as transportation hub in eastern Berlin. ”

“Had a beautiful little suite. Clean and in great shape. Check-in was at the neighbouring niu hotel. Staff are multicultural and speak English and some German. Minor hiccup with Berlin room tax (shame on you Expedia for not including this) and their credit card terminal not working but we eventually got it sorted out. I’d definitely stay here again”
