「Lo único bueno de este hotel es la ubicación, sin embargo, la habitación estaba sucia y con los muebles descuidados, la cerradura de la habitación se atoraba y era de muy mala calidad, en cuanto al servicio no me pusieron controles de TV, ni del clima y no me dieron la clave de internet. 「I was quite disappointed with my stay at the Hard Rock Hotel. The location was not ideal for exploring on foot, and to make matters worse, my room (209 on the 2nd floor) was incredibly noisy.
