Loved the location, right on the beach and you can't beat that. Bus stop right down the road and parking was generous although a little tight.

Quiet and close to the beach

Location is great as are the building’s amenities. The unit itself was just ok but needs some maintenance upkeep as some common everyday amenities are broken or non existent.
