High Point North 7C is a newly remodeled one bedroom and a den oceanfront unit with a spacious balcony off the living room overlooking the pool and ocean. There is a full size sleeping sofa in the living room, a king size bed in a large first bedroom with, and a 2 convertible sleeper chairs in the den which convert to twin size beds.
Guest supplies sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish. Total occupancy for the condo is 5.
Television in the living room and also in the bedroom. Full kitchen and washer and dryer for your convenience. Easy walk out to the pool or beach, or cross the road to go to Gold Coast Mall. The unit rents any 3 nights! Building has Elevator. $50 building registration fee due at building upon arrival.
Non-smoking, Non-vaping. No pets, please. Our property owners do not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
