Family weekend

We stayed for the St.Patricks 5k. Perfect location and easy to walk everywhere. Beautiful bay view. Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed for a great stay. Would stay again!

Nice property, great location

The condo is very nice, and the view of the bay is gorgeous. It was an easy walk to all of the things we wanted. My only issue (why it's not 5 stars) is that it was really expensive.

Highly Recommend

The views of the bay from the apartment are spectacular. It’s a very comfortable unit. Would definitely rent again. Only thing is the king bed could stand to be upgraded.

So so lovely!

This property is wonderful! The bay views were spectacular, the condo was clean and beautifully decorated. My only complaint was that ‘no linens provided’ means not even a single dish towel for the kitchen. Otherwise, perfect long weekend and looking forward to returning again.

Great Birthday Weekend

The place was clean, with smooth check in. Walking distance to boardwalk and restaurants. The balconys are a great compliment to the property, right by the water with a great view where you can see the sun rise and set. Beautiful, comfortable high chairs. Highly recommend and will definitely book again.

Relaxing stay

The condo was located in a quiet area on the bay. The view from the deck was tranquil and a gentle breeze was always felt while relaxing outside. Convenient to a park for children and a skate park for teens. About a 5-7 minute walk to the boardwalk. The condo had a well appointed kitchen and comfortable beds. Our family definitely plans to stay here again.

Peaceful Stay

We just got home from a lovely few days at this condo overlooking the bay. We have stayed all over ocean city over the years and this was my fav location. The deck was so peaceful and I enjoyed my coffee out there every morning. The unit was clean and a great size for our family of 4. Easy walk to the beach and boardwalk so you could get into the action when you wanted but quiet and peaceful back at home base. Across the street from a nice playground. We hope to be back again as my five year old said as we were leaving; I wish we lived here.

Everything was very nice and clean. We think the rental association should have connected us about the building be worked on. Couldn't use the pool because they pressure washing and using a grinder on the building to prep for painting. Plus we couldn't sit on the balcony because of the noise and over spray. Plus we had one TV that didn't work and their TV supplier was not for us. No good news channels.

The afternoon is too bright to have the curtains open because of the glare off the bay, but all other times of day the view is its own attraction, we sat for hours watching the boats go in & out, & ppl catching fish. Very entertaining if you're into ppl watching. We went to the beach uptown so we cant speak to how the beach is near 3rd street but overall we had a great time & felt we got more than our money's worth...I will say I had some questions leading up to the reservation date & could not get the rental company to call me back after they got my deposit. It wasn't a big deal but I would have liked more communication. the place itself tho was great, we would rent this place again

Perfect Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was beyond expectations. View of bay is incredible, watching boats and people fishing of boardwalk in front of unit. Benchmark was in contact with us about construction going on exterior of building,they gave us options to change if we felt it would be a problem. The kitchen was fully equipped, and we had everything we needed for any meals we made. Setting on the balcony watching the sunset rivaled any cruise balcony sunset and with the clear heavy-duty panels it helped to keep the chill off. On a scale of 1-10 we give a 10+++ and hope to arrange another stay. The area was nice and close to boardwalk, great area for a walk.

Reviewer Comments: From making the reservation to accessing the unit to rainy day relaxation to checking out, all was easy and stress free and so very clean and beautiful. My 2 recommendation are to provide a stand up fan as the setting of the thermostat to 70 is understandable it still seemed stuffy at times and some generic plates and servingware that aren't breakable (we didn't break anything but I was a bit nervous and thanks for plastic cups)
