Sleeping 10, 8 Beach Walk Lane offers 4 bedrooms, 2 Full Bathrooms & 2 Half Baths. This three level townhouse is a quick half block walk to the Pools & Clubhouse. A five minute walk will take you to our beautiful beach on the Atlantic Ocean. Pack up the family and spend the day catching rays & riding the waves! Central A/C, Wi-Fi, furnished balconies off both the Kitchen, Master Bedroom & Living Room to enjoy the summer evenings or morning coffee with your favorite person.  

There is a bedroom for everyone! Level three is where you will find the Master Bedroom with a King Bed and Private Bath w/Garden Tub & Walk-in Shower, Bedroom Two with 2 Twin Beds, Bedroom 3 with a Queen Bed, and a Full size hall bathroom with Tub/Shower Combo. Level 1 is where you will find a half bathroom and Bedroom Four with a Queen Bed and smart TV. 

Fully equipped kitchen available for family meals and a High Chair is there for the little one.  A  Garage and parking pad provide parking for three vehicles during your stay.  An Outdoor Shower is available at the house for rinsing off the beach sand. Sunset Island Registration Fee:   $200 per reservation and included when booking.    This fee is required and provides you 6 facility passes & 3 parking passes.  Additional facility passes are $70 per pass and may be purchased directly once arriving in Sunset Island. Children 3 & under don't need a pass.

Ocean City Resort Rentals does not allow group rentals. This family rental requires the primary renter to be at least 25.  ID is required to check-in.  Online bookings of group rentals will not be honored.  No high school or college groups, Bachelor/Bachelorette groups.
