We have a place bay side but wanted to stay ocean side for a trip without our boys. We have done this for the last few years and this was by far our favorite place. Location was amazing and the condo was nicely updated.We will definitely rent this location again next summer. I highly recommend Pyramid 3L!

Property was amazing. No carpet A+. Could not get a better ocean view. Whole place was remodeled. Furniture very comfortable and very very easy using anything there. Plenty of notes around the house explaining stuff.. very nice

Grandson Trip.

The Condo was set up very nice for the three of us. Bathrooms and kitchen nicely redone. Condo could use a new couch but everything else was in good condition. The people that run the Pyramid do a fantastic job keeping the facilities sparkling. The pool was very clean every day. This was our second stay at the Pyramid and we will do it again next year.

Weekend Stay

My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay at Pyramid 3L. When we arrived to the building the first thing we noticed were the holiday decorations not only in the lobby but throughout the elevator hallways as well with each letter of Seasons Greeting spelled out on every floor. The home was arranged beautifully, it was very, very clean, everything had it's place and it provided us with everything we needed for the weekend. Everything in the home was operational and there even were games available for inside and on the beach. The view was beyond beautiful and waking to the ocean from the balcony was amazing. We will definitely be visiting again.

We took 3 nights to relax and rest on the beach. That is what we did! Lovely accommodations, great location and so relaxing. We walked on the beach and were disappointed that there were NO shells. How could that be? Walked on the boardwalk. Didn't expect so many stores were open in early April. YAY! Will hope to make another visit during off season. The traffic was non-existent .

Good and cozy, but hard to get in

The only thing that was frustrating was when we went to check in. It wasn’t very clear on the wild goose hunt that we had to go on to find the lockbox which is at it completely different location. However, once we finally got in everything was beautiful. We were right on the ocean and watching. The sunrise was a beautiful site along with listening to the waves crash. The condo was very clean and kept very nice and up updated, I will definitely recommend, and I will be visiting again soon!

Ringing in the New Year

The Pyramid was clean, secure and even decorated for the holiday! The unit was very nice, clean, updated and had everything we needed. The view is spectacular!!! We had a wonderful trip and hope to come back again soon; maybe even as our new annual NYE tradition!! Although the following did not interfere with our wonderful experience - We felt the need to explain our 4/5 stars. Only issue we noted was the “clean” dishes that had been left in the dishwasher (apparently for weeks) still had standing water and mildew on many of the utensils. The sofa is in need of replacement! We also could not locate a DVD or blu ray player - both were noted on the amenities.

2025 Trip

This was our second stay in this unit. The unit is very nicely remodeled. The new couch was a welcome sight. The employees of the Pyramid do a fantastic job of keeping the complex safe and clean. We hope to book this unit again for 2026.

It was okay

Wasn’t the cleanest upon arriving, cookies were left under the couch, sand residue still left on floors and couch, property appears a lotLarger in the photos than what it really is. Pool was nice and check in was easy although it wasn’t convenient to check in at 4:00 PM and have to drive somewhere else to pick up keys.
