Top Royal 404-S is a homey condominium located on the ocean block. This one-bedroom, one and a half-bathroom condo has a furnished balcony overlooking a serene, family-friendly neighborhood with a glimpse of the ocean. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week! Top Royal 404-S is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals.

The cozy living room is furnished with a comfy couch, a leather recliner, two chairs, and a television. The couch doubles as a double sleep sofa. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off the living room is a dining area, perfect for cozy meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the fully-stocked kitchen. The bedroom has two double beds and a personal television. The second bathroom is located in the hallway. This property comfortably sleeps up to six people, so bring the whole family!

Once they had my money they didn’t care

Good rental, shoreline property though…had issues with fridge called them Sunday morning didn’t update us on what was going on with fridge until I called them Sunday Evening said it’d be Monday til guy came out, repairman came supposedly fixed it but again I had to call them Tuesday again…when I attempted to discuss the matter with them upon checkout Saturday the lady was too busy to talk to me…said she’d call me…of course I’m still waiting on that call…that was an easy way to not comp anyone for their inconvenience and not hear someone complain…guess if I do t hear anything by Tuesday end of day I’m going further…guess she should have just handled the situation

Top Royal Loyals

We’ve frequented the Top Royal condos for a few years, though this was our first stay in this condo. It was generally ok, though obvious it was not quite as clean as I’d expect. I was not a fan of needing to pick up/drop off keys so far from the condo: we’ve always had a lock box with code previously.

Great Stay!

My boyfriend and I stayed a week and we had a great time. The condo is in perfect location to the beach and all of the uptown OC fun. It could have been a little cleaner, but we brought stuff and it was fine after we wiped it down. Having the extra half bath was lovely and the condo had everything we needed to make it feel like home. We will definitely be trying to stay here again.

Ocean City Near Beach

Overall the stay was good. The apartment was somewhat outdated but could be quite a bit better with a few improvements, especially new carpets. We loved the ocean view off the porch and the neighborhood since it was away from the noise and traffic of downtown Ocean City although it was still a very convenient location and near many restaurants, shops and attractions. The outdoor pool in the complex was also enjoyable and clean.
