We loved the spacious areas and close proximity to the recreation areas. (Pool, Bay Beach, Other beaches and Ocean.) Loved the shopping center in walking distance as well!

We absolutely love this location of both Sunset Island and this unit!! Have stayed for the 3rd time here, 25 Beach Walk Lane for our Girlfriend trip. Very roomy, beautiful decor and love all the amenities! We will definitely be staying here again!

Memorial Day Weekend

This is our second time staying at this house. It did not disappoint again. We love the house, it is perfect for two families of four. We enjoy the pool and the beach. It was a great trip. We will definitely book here again.

The home was beautiful. Well stocked with all you need to cook, clean, play games, ride bikes, water toys, etc. Just bring your clothes and food! The neighborhood was secure. The amenities were top notch. The pool and beach area, gorgeous. I would definitely stay at Sunset Island again.

House was situated in a great spot. Convenient for pool and bay access. Nice bikes in the garage. Not very clean and the beds were half made. No pantry space and dark in the kitchen. Furniture was good.

Beautiful beach townhome

This property was perfect for our family. Its layout was accomodating the need to be together for dinner and group meals but with separate seating areas it allowed for separation for watching TV or hanging in smaller groups. The proximity to the pool, clubhouse and bay were convenient. The flexibility of both indoor and outdoor pools was helpful. Overall a great property with an updated look and nice amenities. The only challenge is parking multiple cars in a tight space and the limit of on street parking - understandable but still a challenge.

Home away from home

Whenever we come to OC, we always stay at 25 Beach Walk! The house is conveniently located next to the pool, beach and clubhouse. The interior decor and furniture are extremely comfortable and we feel like its our home away from home. The kitchen is fitted with all cooking utensils and items making it easy to stay in a cook healthy meals.

stairs were difficult for elderly parents. next time will try to find place with bedroom on main floor. Other than that , plenty to do close by, great food options, bars, stores, beach access. Community amenities great. will book again

Family Fun

We really enjoyed our family time in this huge home. The bikes were a great feature. Our teens enjoyed biking around town with their cousin and exploring a bit. There was plenty of room for two families. The house was spotless and comfortable with a very well equipped kitchen.

Fabulous Home

Beautiful! We previously stayed at this home and were pleasently surprised by the top to bottom facelift with fresh paint, new furniture and appliances. One item that is unchanged from our prior visit is our evening happy hour on the upper front porch with water view. We especially enjoyed our spring bike rides and so glad there were new bikes available.
