Our room service was terrible. Only once during our 5 day stay did we receive room service. Twice we had to ask the front desk personnel for additional toilet tissue for our bathroom. Only once did we have our trash cans emptied, and only once did we receive clean and fresh towels during our 5 day stay.
Additionally, the patio area surrounding the roof top pool was littered, every day, with discarded carb
shells and debris dropped from the sea gulls.
Only one elevator was available in the entire hotel for five floors of visitor access (4 floors of rooms plus the roof top pool and patio).
Only one ice machine was available for 4 floors of rooms.
One, out of two, drink vending machines was broken and “out of service.”
Parking was very limited, and was located across the street from the hotel in the opposite city block.
