Great location if traveling with kids!

This was an amazing location just because of everything within walking distance - beach, pool, playground, and grocery store. Also the configuration of the rooms was perfect for us, the main bedroom on the first floor has a little nook where you can put the pack n play.

Fantastic and convenient

This home is lovely, huge and close to shops, restaurants and more. Even in winter it’s perfect for walking to the lights at Northside Park. Loved how spacious it is and perfect for a family or for some families to share.

Beautiful home

Great house for baseball tournament

The house was clean, comfortable, and perfect location for walking to baseball tournaments at North Park. We didn’t go to the beach but if we did it would have been very close as well. Definitely recommend and will come back.

Amazing

We loved how spacious the house was. The kitchen is beautiful and had everything we needed. With a new softball player we loved that we could walk or bike over to the field from the back yard. Can’t wait to book this place for as many vacations as possible

Great property - needs a new cleaning company!!!

The house & amenities listed were great. But, the house was not left clean at all. There was hair in the showers, the appliances were left dirty, food in the sink, I washed our bed linens before staying in them because the rest of the house wasn’t left right.

Modern and cozy home

The house is very new and comfortable! There were a total of 6 adults and there was ample space and beds for us to sleep comfortably. The pool is conveniently located behind the house. The beach is only a 10 minute walk away. I love that there's an outdoor shower to wash off before going in the house. My biggest complaint was the water pressure from the actual indoor showers. The master bath shower was big so it showed promise, but the water pressure was very weak and disappointing. This was our first time in the North shore and to our surprise there were a lot of shops and restaurants close by. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back in the future. Thanks for having us! Tips for future tenants: Remember to bring extra toilet paper, tissues, paper towels and laundry detergent

Montego Bay was a beautiful house! It was perfect for our girls weekend for Sunfest! We definitely hope to come back again next year! The rooms were very spacious. Everything was true to the pictures posted on VRBO. The check-in was flawless. Thank you for sharing your home!

This was a wonderful house to rent. Rooms are very spacious, beds are so comfortable it has everything you could possibly need for a beach trip in the shed. The location couldn't get any better. We had young kids with us and one of the community pools is right behind the home the beach is a 3 minute walk and the life guard stand is right there. The shopping plaza has everything you could need as well. We will definitely look at renting here again in the future.

Overall great experience

Great location, clean and roomy. Side door keypad stopped working. We called Vacasa and the first rep had an attitude and wasnt knowledgeable enough to help us. She said she put in a maintenence service call but no one ever showed. (I doubt she put in thr call) After an hour we called again and got another rep who seemed more knowledgeable. She helped us obtain the door key in the lock box so we could leave ans re-enter the property safely.

Beautiful!

This home is absolutely beautiful. very updated, very clean ( a little attention could have been taken in the kitchen as minor drips on cabinet) however very clean. I only wish for an over hang on back porch. Due to rain and heavy sun, could not enjoy the back area as I would have liked. No expense spared on this updated home. Close to beach, quiet neighborhood if that's your thing. Nice home, in a trailer area.
