Wonderful

Came to the ocean for my wife's birthday celly with 2 other couples. This unit was wonderful. Balconies facing ocean front and bay side. Plenty of room for everyone and a well stocked kitchen. A lot of bang for your buck!

Plaza was a lovely condo with a wonderful ocean view with an indoor pool and jacuzzi, walking distance to Liguid Assests, fine dining where we went on Friday evening and walking distance to 7-11 to pick up coffee and snacks for the college football games.

The mattresses in the front bedrooms were saggy and uncomfortable. The carpets needed to be cleaned. The shower doors were broken. The location was perfect. The pools and hot tub were nice.

The condo was very clean. It has 2 decks one facing the ocean andthe other faces the bay.

It was 3 bedroom with 2 bathroom which had plenty of room in the living room. The kitchen was well stock with glassware, dishes, pots and pans for eating all meals inside the condo.

Great location

Staff at plaza was amazing. We had a late check in and Vacasa left our envelope in a lock box with a common code for everyone. The issue is as soon as you open this box you can see multiple people’s envelopes with their room numbers and door codes, seems very unsafe.

2022 OC trip

The views were amazing from this unit and problem from all units in the condominium complex. But being a corner gave a little sense of privacy which was nice. Adequate parking and more than adequate luggage carts to move your things up and down.

The place was nice and very clean. I would definitely go back. The service when trying to get an early checkin was horrible. Nobody had the courtesy to get back to me. Trying to get a late check out was more of the same. I could not get either.

Family friendly beach getaway

Our family enjoyed a belated summer getaway and this property checked all the boxes. The property is conveniently located (grocery store right across the street) and just a few steps to the beach... which is particularly helpful going back and forth with a little one. We also enjoyed the use of the outdoor/kiddie pool - as well as the indoor pool/hot tub/sauna when we had a few rainy days. The unit itself was very clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the privacy of the corner lot and the fact that there were both ocean and bay views. Would highly recommend and not hesitate to stay again!

Dirty room

Nice place but our room was not clean. Hair, crumbs, dirt, and dust everywhere. Even huge clumps of mold in the coffee maker. Plus the sliding screen door was broke and fogged glass in sliding doors. I contacted the company and sent many pictures. They apologized but nothing else. Shame on them !
