Occupancy is limited to 2 persons per bedroom. Plus 2 additional persons, with the exception of children 10 years old or younger.
Discover the perfect blend of comfort and convenience at this charming house, available to book for your 2025 vacation. New to our inventory this season, Fiesta Road offers three beautifully appointed bedrooms: a spacious primary bedroom complete with a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, a quaint second bedroom with two twin beds, and a third bedroom featuring a cozy queen bed. All bedrooms also offer streaming TVs, and there is WiFi throughout. The second full bath located in the hall has a shower/tub combo. The spacious sectional in the living room also offers a queen pull-out, for additional sleeping accommodations. The interior exudes a beachy and bright atmosphere with an eclectic style that makes every corner interesting.
The driveway will accommodate two vehicles. This property rents Any 3+ nights.

Adjacent to the living area is a fully-equipped kitchen, for your meal prep. There is also washer and dryer, central air and heat to keep you comfortable during your stay, plus a dishwasher to handle the aftermath of culinary adventures.

Just a leisurely stroll across the street will take you to Fiesta Road Park, a 2.5-acre wooded wonderland with walking trails and a picnic area, perfect for weekend outings. It's like having your own gigantic backyard without the need to mow it!

Running errands is a breeze with essential services within reach. Hop on a bus at the 144th St. Transit Center where for a small fee you can ride all day down to the famous OC boardwalk or the multitude of seafood restaurants, clubs, and resort activities, or grab your groceries at Montego Bay Super Thrift, all conveniently nearby. The relaxing Ocean City beaches are within a ½ mile of your vacation getaway. You will find first-come-first-serve free parking on the oceanblock side of Coastal Highway in the north OC area if you would rather drive to the beach, for a relaxing day in the warm sunshine.

Whether you're sipping your morning coffee or hosting a fun game night, this home offers the ideal setting, with multiple seating areas. A ready retreat just waiting for you to make it your own. Guest must supply bed linens, towels, all paper goods and soaps. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the home on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed, towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo, and bath mats.

The area and house was decent. Master bathroom shower was very small to shower and the mirror needs to be hanged a little higher so it doesnt touch the handle of the pump. We liked the house however too many breakable items for family with toddlers like us ( we ended up moving it). Everything else was good. Have all the things your need even an outside shower.
