This property is a close 5-7 min walk to the beach.

Ok

Unfortunately the property was in poor shape.Upon entering the gate, the deck and stairs were worn and some of it was falling apart. Step was ready to break off if you stepped directly on it.The interior is very out dated and not kept up with. Was not cleaned well, bathrooms were still dirty. Faucets were all loose (which we tighten) and no hot water in main bathroom sink. Couch was very worn and sung down when you sat. Big touch up paint areas in different color in multiple rooms.Over all the place was not worth the money.Location was nice at least!
