Kind of a let down
I checked in and spent the first two hours cleaning the condo. The beds were not made, the covers had stains on them, the carpets were not vacuumed, the jacuzzi tub had a soap scum ring, kitchen countertops had crumbs on them. In the bedroom with the two double beds, the air conditioner was leaking down the wall, leaving a puddle on the ground- I called and reported it to the maintenance line and they never sent anyone out. The next day there was a mushroom growing out of the carpet on the floor where the leak was. The actual filters in the ac units looked as though they were never cleaned. The curtains covering the sliding doors were not functional and we had to use a chip clip to keep them closed. The entryway to the condo building itself was so stinky. It’s a shame because the finishes in the condo are nice, but the cleaning and management services are terrible. This is not what I would expect paying over $6,000 for a week.
