This unique, two level condominium unit features three bedrooms and two full baths. The building is of sturdy masonry construction and the third bedroom is a large upstairs loft. Enjoy your morning coffee with views of the Ocean City beach and bay from the southern exposure balcony. Only a stone's throw to the Atlantic Ocean and Ocean City Beach. Central air, full kitchen, off-street parking, free WIFI, washer, dryer, and much more. Walking distance to dining, convenience store, and night life. Non-smoking please.

Great location

Everything was exactly as advertised! The view from the balcony is amazing! The spiral staircase is a little tricky with a large piece of luggage, but the upstairs loft is awesome, including a bonus balcony.

Over all the place is nice. The loft gets very hot even when air ducks are fully open. Would help if sky lights had moving blinds to block hot Sun. Bedrooms downstairs are freezing trying to cool the loft. The view of the ocean is beautiful, wish the roof covered more of the porch so u can sit out when it rains.

A nice place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Surfside 60. The room appeared to be bigger online (from the pictures). Very convenient beach access… a plus! Overall, a nice place to stay.

Not enough storage for clothes, not enough silverware, had to clean the unit when we arrived.

Great area, place needs some general work. The stairs in the building are hazardous, railings missing.

Nice location for family

Quick check in process. Cleaning completed before 3pm and was able to get in a little early. Location worked well for our family. A few minor issues with the unit need to be addressed - loose doorknobs, patio handle on 2nd floor slider barely screwed onto door, main floor bathroom shower curtain rod and toilet paper holder in 1st floor bath needs to be secured, cabinet under sink was very dirty and garbage disposal was leaking. A storage locker would be nice to have in parking lot area for renters to keep beach gear during visit.

The place was perfect for our family. It did need some attention to cleanliness unfortunately which wasn't a huge deal. We cleaned and after that had a great time. Thank you for the use of the condo for the week. Will definitely consider it again in the future.

60th Street is a great location for families. It is a nice quiet street close to shopping and restaurants (although this year due to Covid 19 we did not go anywhere) The view from the bottom balcony, off of the living room, was the ocean and the bay. The view from the top balcony, off of the upper room, was almost as good as the lower balcony but you couldn't see as much of the ocean. The walk to the beach was less than a block. Parking was very secure. The hidden gem of this place is the room upstairs. My son, his wife and three children slept up there. They had a queen size bed and the bunk was single on top, regular size in the middle and then a hidden twin trundle at the very bottom. They also had their own bathroom. The rest of the condo was very comfortable. The only reason I gave cleanliness four stars is due to the cleaning company. They weren't good at cleaning behind dressers, in the closets and in the corners. In case you can't find the bed size listing (we couldn't) downstairs is a queen bed in one room and two twins in the other room. Be prepared for a lot of stairs. You are on the third floor with no elevator. But the climb up was well worth it. We were very happy with this condo.

Great Place

This is a great condo in a great location. Close to the beach and great restaurants and activities. So much to do in OC! The condo was so cute, with great décor and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. We had only one small disappointment -- check in was by 3pm, but we were not aware that the cleaning service had until 6 pm to finish their cleaning. So unfortunately, we arrived at the condo at 3 pm, the condo was not cleaned yet. We saw it all dirty and it grossed us out a bit, leaving an initial bad impression. Plus, we could not truly spread out and put our stuff in place knowing the cleaning staff still needed to come. We all decided to go back out for dinner so the staff could come in and do their job. After a long day of travel this was an inconvenience. Once we got over that part, all went smoothly and it was a wonderful place to stay. We would come back again in a heart beat. We love OC!

Nice 3 bdroom w/loft- family vacation

Enjoyed my 4-day stay in this nice and clean, Ocean access, 3 bdrm unit with 2 balconies on each side. The 2nd fl. 3rd bdrm loft was a nice addition to the stay and HUGE and enough space for an entire family of 5 or more in that room alone! It was equipped with private bath, TV, chairs, game consoles and it's own private balcony (car lot view) with sofa seating! Spiral staircase was a little tight but manageable for the young ones. (Recommend replacing rubber shield on spiral railing - appears to be sliding off and exposing the metal railing corners). The main floor was spacious, 2 bdrms, bathrm - clean. Another balcony w/side ocean view - cozy. Direct access to ocean - 5 min stroll. Sofa bed a plus! Dining/kitchen area roomy. Negative: The lock needs replacing immediately! Had a problem opening and closing the main door to unit. My older teenagers couldn't open/close door by themselves. A huge inconvenience when we were separated. The property instructions for opening/closing doors is incorrect. (Do the opposite of what instructions indicate). Locking mechanism is basically defective. Could be a major liability. Management was notified by us but wasn't repaired in time before we left. Was also noted in my written feedback. Other than this....I'd recommend the unit and property once lock is fixed because the unit is perfect for a large family, 2 families or a bunch of friends. Really enjoyed the space! Would return.

Perfect updated loft layout

We really enjoyed our stay here! We had a 16th birthday party and had several of our daughters friends in tow. They were able to hang out and take over the loft as their fun space. The kitchen and living space was very open and updated. The only issue we had was the schlage lock was incredibly frustrating to use. I had to give everyone a tutorial on how to use it and still had issues. Otherwise wonderful stay and will definitely be staying at this property again.
