You'll have full access to the entire condo plus exclusive resort amenities: indoor heated pool, hot tub, sun-bathing deck, and direct beach access. Two assigned parking spaces and a unique smart-lock door code are included.

Full-size washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, premium kitchen and bathroom essentials, and local area guides are all provided. Minutes from Ocean City's finest waterfront restaurants, boutique shops, grocery stores, spas, salons, and the vibrant boardwalk.



The Neighborhood:

From here you're just minutes from local grocery stores, beach boutiques, spas, salons, waterfront restaurants, and Ocean City's vibrant nightlife scene.



Getting Around:

The property sits directly on the beach, so for most guests, two feet is the primary mode of transportation. A car is recommended for exploring beyond the immediate area — parking is easy with your two included assigned spaces in the building garage. Ocean City's main strip (Coastal Highway) runs the length of the island and is well-served by the free OC Beach Bus, which runs seasonally and stops steps from the building. Restaurants, shops, and the Boardwalk are all accessible without ever getting on a highway.



Other Things to Note:

Smart-lock entry — no key pickup required. Your unique door code will be sent before arrival.

Two assigned parking spaces are included in the building's parking lot.

The building's indoor heated pool and hot tub are newly renovated for the 2026 season.

Checkout is at 10:00 AM. We ask that guests leave the space tidy — no formal chores required, just treat it the way you'd treat your own place.

This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises, including the balcony.

No parties or events. We love a good time, but this is a residential building with full-time and seasonal neighbors.

Quiet hours are observed after 10:00 PM out of respect for neighboring units.
