Prime Mid-Town Location! Head on up to the penthouse floor of this 5-story condominium and enjoy your 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo with stunning views of the canal, Seacrets, and the ocean. This unit is fully equipped with a full kitchen, microwave, 3 Amazon Fire Smart TVs with streaming capabilities, WiFi, and central A/C. Relax and unwind by the bay front outdoor pool, try your hand at fishing or crabbing, or enjoy outdoor grilling in the designated area. The building also features a coin-operated laundry room on the first floor for your convenience. Boat docks are available on a first-come, first-served basis, with advance payment and registration required—$75 weekly, $50 for weekends. Parking is available for one car, and the unit is non-smoking and pet-free. Occupancy is up to 6 guests.
Please note – sheets, towels, paper, and cleaning products are not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.

Great location, Clean, updated Condo
Clean, updated condo close to everything. Two negatives: the elevator broke on day 1 and was not able to be fixed the entire stay. And 2, the smoke detector randomly would go off for no reason sometimes in the middle of the night. Other than these 2 issues our stay was perfect!
