Awesome stay!!! Location is right by the beach owner is extremely kind and helpful. I loved how she truly made us feel like we were welcome and hospitality isn’t dead. I loved it here so much so I’d love to return!

I really liked the room, location, a block from Beach.
Very clean,renovated,premium bedding.Delighted at breakfast which can be taken out on porch or inside nice air conditioned area

We had an amazing stay at the Beachliner, the breakfast was delicious! Amazing location close to the boardwalk, and very close to Asbury Park. Clear communication with the staff and easy access to the building and room. The room was very clean and cozy. Be aware that there are steep narrow stairs that may not accommodate those with mobility issues. Definitely would stay here again!

We recently spent two nights at the Beachliner Hotel in Ocean Grove for our anniversary, and it was a wonderful experience. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which made our stay even more special. The room was clean, spacious, and had its own private entrance, which we really appreciated. It’s also in a great location—within easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and local shops, which made everything so convenient. The innkeeper was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our visit. We felt so comfortable and welcomed that we’re already planning our next trip back. Highly recommend!

The location was perfect. A ½ block from beach. A clean area to walk on the boardwalk. Was off season so nice and empty. The rooms were updated nicely and very clean. The communication with the hotel host liaison, Bernadette, was excellent. Breakfast was delicious and filling, prepared to our specifications. It’s a quaint small establishment but a perfect getaway for the weekend. Would highly recommend!

I absolutely love this bnb , I’ve stayed a few times now . It’s right next to the beach , and has multiple gorgeous balconies to hang out on while viewing the ocean . My room is always so clean and well decorated . They even have really great beach cruisers you can use if you feel like taking a bike ride (I highly recommend doing so ). I don’t always eat the breakfast , but when I do it’s absolutely delicious . Ocean grove is such a great place to explore and see new things . You can take a 15 min walk over to asbury , which is filled with stores and restaurants . Plan the trip , relax and enjoy .

Bernadette was the sweetest! Our room was very nice, clean, and spacious. Breakfast in the morning was wonderful, and I’m still dreaming of the chocolate chip cookies. The entire stay was an amazing experience, I would love to come back for a stay at Beachliner!!

Excellent location, cute room, very comfortable bed! Third floor of an older building. Room 8 had a very slanted floor, the door to our room was slanted and you have to lift the door to open. The bathroom shower floor felt like you could fall through. Seemed like renovations were done at minimal expense. Extension cords running all around the room. AC loud especially on low. Also walls are very thin when you hear someone sneeze. If your there for the beach it’s ideal!

Exellent location - just 4 houses off of the beach boardwalk! Bernadette (House Mgr) was great! She was super friendly, and knowledgeable about the area. Plus, her breakfast that she prepares herself, is wonderful. Stairs are a bit steep, expecially to the third floor, but certainly very manageable. The house is 150 years old, and has so much charm. Our room had sloping floors, drafty windows, tight bathroom quarters, and thin walls....all part of the wonderful charm. Wouldn't change a thing! Use of the beach cruisers was a nice touch.
Would definitely stay here again!
