Family Beach Escape

Tucked away just a five-minute drive from the thriving centre of Ocean Grove and only a short 8-minute stroll from the beach, everything you need is at your doorstep. From the gorgeous, vast stretch of beach to the endless cafes, restaurants, and kid-friendly wineries, you'll explore all the best the Bellarine Peninsula offers.

Split across three generous levels, this home is spacious and airy - meaning that even when at capacity with 10 people, there's room for everyone to enjoy themselves. A stand out for any family with young children is absolutely the backyard - it's leafy and green and sports a mini basketball court, perfect for 1 on 1 or 3 on 3 games - hours of entertainment right there!

Inside, the lower level houses most of the sleeping quarters, sleeping 8 people across three bedrooms in a mix of double and single beds. Down here, the main bathroom and laundry are also found.

The heart of the home lies on the open-plan second level. With windows on two sides of the space, the room is sun-drenched and inviting, ideal for gathering the crew. Here you'll find the kitchen, living and dining areas with a ginormous cosy lounge and sprawling 10-seater dining table. The kitchen is exceptional; with an island bench, walk-in pantry and full-sized appliances, everything you need is at your fingertips. Plus, the north-facing deck provides plenty of opportunity to take your inside activities out. Finally, a separate lounge provides that secluded chillout zone should anyone need it.

Finally, the king of the castle - the master suite - occupies the third floor. Kitted out with a queen-sized beach, ensuite bathroom, walk-in wardrobe and views across town, whoever nabs this space will undoubtedly feel a little luxurious.
