「We enjoyed our stay here but were disappointed that the hot tub was out of order and the water in the indoor pool was freezing. The hot tub has been out of order all season but this is not mentioned on the website. The rooms were clean and the outdoor pool was good. Wished it had been open longer in the evenings. Housekeeping did a great job keeping us supplied with the essentials.」

「The privacy of the one bedroom suite was nice. It was good to have sleeping space separated from the rest of the area. We booked an ocean front room with a balcony. While we were definitely facing the ocean, between you and the ocean is the pool, people, noise and activity that goes with that & DJs. I would pick a different resort for that reason alone next time. We are usually people who love sitting out on the balcony, watching the ocean and having a coffee or drink. We didn't do that once...

「The location is absolutely perfect to access the beach, activities in the community, places to eat and play. I have stayed at this location at Barefoot Landing many times. I believe I can sincerely call it 'my preferred spot" when I visit Myrtle Beach. Would be absolutely wonderful if a complimentary breakfast and bottled water are included. The staff are friendly and supportive. The lobby is comfortable and you can gather with family and friends and even make new acquaintances.」

Was completely flat and my kids felt the springs poking their backs... they weren't able to replace it but added some padding to make it a little bit comfortable which we really appreciate from the sweet housekeeping lady. Carpets, washer and dryer were stinky... smelled like wet dog and pee. There was a dead roach in the little laundry closet. No sponge to wash the dishes. Not enough silverware. No bed linens for the sofa bed, we had...
