Beautifully renovated, with today’s beach guest in mind. The unit has luxury vinyl flooring, a spacious kitchen that includes a full suite of stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and well stocked cabinets to meet all your cooking and dining needs.

The bathrooms are beautifully tiled with marble vanities and medicine cabinets to provide ample storage for all guests. Central heating and air conditioning paired with ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms help you refresh after a day at the beach or enjoying one of the local or nearby attractions. There are two bedrooms one with a queen size bed. The second bedroom has two full size beds. The unit has high speed Internet access throughout. There is a full size washer and dryer and a 50 gallon water tank to ensure everyone gets a hot shower! First floor unit, however, it is a raised building and there are stairs to get to the first floor.
