“We had a late check-in arriving from Disneyland, the front desk receptionist, Ms. Bobo Ngai, very attentive personnel, she gave us a very warm welcome, providing all information we might need during our stay. It's almost a ritual, every time we visit HK, our last stay should be in the Hotel Icon, no others and it cannot be reverse either in our trip plan. On our firt day of arrival to HK, we chose other hotels which we also stayed with satisfaction, however, not to be disappointed or leaving……

“Air con a bit noisy at night when is all quiet. Other then this is all good. Good location, Good view, Reasonable price, clean.”

“Great location, friendly staff But the management use ‘service apartment’ as a justification for very minimal housekeeping. We stayed for more than a week, only had cleaning once, and that cleaning was not thorough - toilet not properly cleaned (drain still slow). Though we know we pay for the location, but for the price range, we expected a little bit more after sales services.”

“雖然房間，不是太大，不過勝在位置非常優越！下街甚麼也齊全，再且這家的自助歺，也是頗有名氣的，我試過他們的午餐及晚餐，吃自助晚餐的性價比會高一點，總之這間酒店，不妨一試的選擇👍😊”
