Old and full of traditions and yet so up- beat and high-tech. HK has become more accommodating compare to last time we were there. Loved the walks and enjoyed the public transportation. Food was great and we couldn't get enough of dim sum!

First time in HK and found it clean, efficient, practical with plenty of publicly available WiFi. Restaurants and bars were also plentiful and the harbour front daily light show was impressive.

"This hotel appears to be just renovated. Everything looks very new. The location is perfect, a lot to explore around it. Only issue is need to change a couple lifts to get to where your room is, regardless walk in or drive in, but overall experience was excellent "
"Agnes was amazing and took very good care of us at check-in. They have a hotel shuttle bus which takes you all around Hong Kong's major locations. Gym and restaurant on 2nd flr and snack/drink vending machines in the lobby."
