「Was just a short one night stay while my Mom was in the hospital. We got in late and getting in was a bit of a hassle. Keys didn’t work and codes didn't work. Otherwise was a very nice room.」

「I booked this trip for my birthday with my boyfriend and was able to bring our cat with us, as our room was pet-friendly. We had such a nice time! The room was rustic and warm and inviting, the jacuzzi tub was excellent (i saw another commenter say that they didn’t get enough hot water to fill the tub—my tub filled up waaaay too hot and i had to wait like an hour for it to cool down!), the bed was so comfortable, and the proximity to the beach couldn’t be better. our room was clean, and the...

「Was supposed to have a pool. the pool was closed for whatever reason and the remote in the room didnt work. i asked for new batteries and they didnt work either, so they just brushed it off and said it was fine. i didnt get to watch TV . they had a old sponge and it was too small to even use in the sink. and next door there was screaming and yelling.」
