House was stocked with everything we needed and more and had plenty of space for my 2 young kids to spread out and play. Would definitely rent again!”

“Like others have said, small but cozy, large yard with firepit and covered back porch. Quiet neighborhood. Love the private trail to the beach. Grandson absolutely loved the bunnies. Nice it had the a RV hook up, my kids just got a new one and wanted to be able to stay also. Thank you, we enjoyed our stay, as my 5yr old grandson wrote in the guest book, "come here and you will love it"”

“Lovely casual beach condos fully equipped for comfort and rest. Just a few steps to the beach path. We experienced the most beautiful, unseasonable weather and enjoyed our much needed beach therapy.”

“Loved this house so much!! What a dream. Being able to look at and listen to the sea from any room in the house, being able to run off the front deck down a private path to the beach, nothing is better! But the house was also gorgeous and perfect, and I hope to go back in the summer.”

“The home is advertised on VRBO but once booked, I had to download an app called Vacasa to manage our reservation. The directions stated that when we arrived, we should park directly in front of the garage. When we arrived at the address provided in the Vacasa App, we could not locate the home. The address provided was for a realty company and Thai restaurant. We parked along Pacific Ave and walked up and down the street a few times, convinced we had the incorrect address. I used the text……

“Great location, close to store for groceries. Marina is easy to get to. Fishing was great perfect trip.”

“The area was great as always. The condo itself had some issues. There was construction with the buildings which we weren't told about. They say 360 view from roof top which we didn't have access to. The jetted tub didn't work. There was mold or something nasty all over the shower curtain. The beds weren't all that comfortable. But overall it was a nice place. ”

“Cottage was very nice. Bed was comfortable . Cute and functional kitchen but a bit small. We had trouble with TV as we do not have streaming accounts. If weather is nice who wants to watch TV but we had rain all the time we were there. I would go back if visiting the area.”

“Had a great weekend! Celebrated Dad’s 91st birthday. Condo is located directly across from elevator, making it very convenient for those with mobility limits. Very clean. Nice layout with open spaces. Very close to the walking path and beach access.”

“Access to the beach was amazing. House had a great view with deck. Amenities at the house including kitchen were top notch. Would come again!”

“The house was great ! Our problem was the ice, the driveway and parking pad was frozen solid. It was very hard to get into the house. The deck was a sheet of ice also, which makes it hard to use the hot tub.”

“Check in was great. Fireplace did not work and Vacasa manager came and inspected it and we did get a small refund on this as it never worked. There were stains on the carpet, an orange slime mold in the upstairs shower. Some door handles to deck were loose and the deadbolt didn't work, downstairs door would not latch unless deadbolted from inside. There are some overall maintenance upkeep issues. I did notify the Vacasa manager who stated they would pass the issues on. Overall loved the……
