"From check in to check out everything was great. Room was clean. Hotel staff was very polite and kind. This is somewhere I would definitely stay again. The hotel has its main property building with the hotel office and then another building directly across where the pool is also located. I was offered to stay on either side. I chose pool side because the man who checked us in said that room separated the beds so since we had kids it gave us a little privacy. Again, I would definitely book again. Clean room. Great staff."

"Reception service was nice. Lobby and restaurant had lovely aesthetics. Room was modern and clean. Restaurant service was unorganized and slow. Food menu was decent though. Pool area was inviting but definitely need to change their pool chairs. The material makes them look super dirty. Yuk."

"This renovated property is across the street from the beach and a block from the Santa Cruz pier. It is blocks from the train that takes you to the redwoods. It couldn’t be any better of a location. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend for a visit."
