COMMUNITY/AMENITIES Guests will also enjoy a clubhouse providing sporting equipment to borrow such as pickleball rackets & balls, ping-pong paddles & balls, a bocce set, and basketballs. Exercise classes include yoga, spin, aqua toning, water aerobics, and Zumba. Massages are available by appointment. Additional fees apply and will be paid directly to the exercise and massage providers. Food trucks can be found most Friday and Sunday evenings. The beach shuttle runs Saturdays and Sundays, and also on the following holidays: Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day. Shuttles run on the half hour from the Clubhouse to Bethany Beach (first one is at 9:30 am) and on the hour from the beach (the last shuttle returns at 4 pm).

Use of community amenities requires the purchase of amenity passes. Amenity passes are $35 per person (subject to change by the community) and can be purchased from the Clubhouse Attendant upon arrival via credit card.

LINENS
1st Choice Properties provides bed and bath linens for you. Your linen package includes: fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillowcases for all beds; sets of bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths for all guests; and bathmats for all full baths. Your linens will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival; you are responsible for putting the linens on the beds. You are also responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.
STARTER KIT
1st Choice Properties provides a Starter Kit with all rentals. Your Starter Kit includes (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, (1) 3oz bottle of dish soap, (1) dish sponge, and (1) kitchen trash bag. You are responsible for providing any additional toiletries, soap, and paper products as needed.
RESTRICTIONS
The maximum occupancy is 12 people.
There is a parking limit of 4 vehicles, in accordance with community rules.
No pets, smoking, vaping, or events are allowed.
To finalize the reservation, a lease agreement must be signed. Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. You will be contacted by a property manager rental agent to go over the details.
