Rear fence has a gate. Follow the trail to the edge of our community fishing pond stocked with Bass. Catch and Release. Please stay at the edge of the lower pond as any other area belongs to private residents. Fishing polls are used at your pleasure in the garage or bring your own.
Our Beach Home provides you with many amenities such as a Washer and Dryer, Private Bathroom for the 2nd. and 3rd. Bedrooms. Coffee Bar (including coffee pot). All Pots (crock pot), Pans, Utensils, Dishes to use for your convenience. Everywhere you walk you will find comfort, quiet and enjoyment Experience it for yourself.
Easy to book. A minimum of a 25 year old responsible party is required to sign a short term lease agreement and be one of the tenants of the property full time during the tenancy period. A minimal security deposit is also required. This is a pet and smoke free home.
What you need to pack? Bed Linens are provided however bring your own Bathing/Washing Linens and Beach Towels. There is a Dollar General Store on Route 26 and on Coastal Highway nearby if you need toiletries, etc. Insurance is required and you will be prompted to purchase when you book. All furniture, accessories in our home are inventoried to insure enjoyment by you and all our future guests.
