Beautiful stay in Bethany

Great house! Kids loved the pool, playground and ping pong. Close to the beach and stores yet quiet setting. Host was very gracious and kitchen was well stocked!

A home away from Home

This was our second visit to this home. It is a great home for a large family to gather and spend precious time together. Plenty of room, including bathrooms. The host is very responsive to any questions or concerns. Very nice neighborhood for families and close to all shopping and Bethany beach. The whole family enjoyed the time together and this home made it possible.

Nice property

The living space was very spacious and at times cold. The beds were comfortable. The upstairs bedrooms were nice however, the temperature upstairs was warmer than main level. When contacted by the owner of property adjustments were made. Upon arrival the trash cans were overflowing, the lawn was unkept, and still being cleaned. One of the bed frames was broken and an exterminator was called due to mice. The property owner did check in to be sure everything was rectified during our stay including lawn company presence. A neighbor did block our car in with a ride on lawn mower at one point and wanted to speak with the owners of the property. Again, this was shared with the owners. The neighborhood is very quiet not many children. The pool was nice. The washer and dryer were in great condition especially with towels and blankets.

This was a great house! Perfect for all of us (8 kids aged 8-17, and 6 adults). Spacious, comfortable beds, quiet. We had a great stay. Host was easy to work with. Overall our vacation was great. The only downside was having to leave.

Beach vacation

Beach Memories 2023

The house was spacious, clean and accommodating to groceries, activities and the beach. The neighborhood was quiet, and the community pool was clean. Our family will cherish fond memories of this vacation home.

Family Vacation

Rented this house for our family vacation this year. With four families we had plenty of room for everyone. There is a pool in the neighborhood that we went to at least once a day. We also spent a couple days at the beach at Fenwick Island State Park, just a short drive away. This house is tucked away in a neighborhood but a close drive to everything you’d want to do.

Excellent vacation experience

This is our second summer renting this property and it was everything we could have hoped for. Lily is wonderful to work with and readily available for questions or issues. She and her husband go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. We could not ask for more and plan to return next year.

Wonderful house

This was a great place for a family reunion--spacious and clean. The screened-in porch and the grill were especially useful, and we enjoyed the use of the pool. Being located within a short driving distance from several different beaches was a big plus for us. Lily was very helpful and responsive. The only real drawback was having to supply our own linens and towels, but since everyone drove, that worked out okay. We would definitely stay there again!

Great stay close to the beach

Thank you Lily to allow us staying at your beautiful house. It is only about 10 minutes from the Ocean and you can always find parking spots there. The neighborhood is good, vary calm place. A lot of sleeping spaces will allow you to bring lot of people. The outdoor veranda is just a great findings, you can seat outside but at the same time you are surrounded with the anti mosquito net. Thank you again!

Family Reunion Vacation

We had a great stay and the owners were very prompt in answering any questions and fixing the a/c to keep us nice and cool for our entire stay. The place was clean and as shown in pictures. Wish the linens, towels, and bedding was included in the price. This was a lot of extra packing for 11 people. However there were plenty of beds for everyone which was awesome! Thank you for a memorable family get together! The location was excellent and we made great use of the pool and pickle ball court.

Loved this home

This is a beautiful home with exceptional owners who were very responsive to our needs. We had a family week with all of our children from up and down the east coast and this was the perfect house with plenty of room inside and out. The kitchen is beautiful and updated. We do a lot of cooking so we will bring more of our kitchen utensils next time. Lily was so responsive to all of our needs and questions and we could not have asked for nicer owners. Annual Nursing Buds Vacation

We’re nursing school buds, and families, who have been vacationing together for decades. This year, we decided to go to the beach! Home was in nice, convenient location, and beautiful! We usually had the pool to ourselves, which was amazing because the heat was sweltering!

Plenty of Space For A Large Family!

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. This home is located in a family-friendly neighborhood and just minutes to grocery stores and a few miles to Bethany Beach. The home is well equipped and has plenty of space for a big family. We enjoyed the screened-in back porch, the spacious back yard, bike riding around the neighborhood, and the swimming pool which was only a short walk away. The Owners Rick & Lily were kind and very accomodating. and always available at a moment's notice.
