This Bear Trap Dunes townhouse offers four bedrooms and easily sleeps 10. It has four bathrooms, a living, dining, open kitchen area, and a nice outside patio with grill. With access to three nine-hole courses at Beach Trap Dunes, and less than 30 minutes from the many other outstanding golf courses in the area, this property is perfect for golf trips. Being so close to the clubhouse, the location is perfect for people attending weddings. The location is also less than 15 minutes’ drive from Bethany Beach. Weekly passes to the community pool and recreation facility with hot tub and sauna are available for an additional fee.

THINGS TO KNOW
The Bear Trap Dunes Owners Association charges an optional per person fee for guests ages 4 and older for the use of the community’s amenities, including the in-season beach shuttle, pools, tennis and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year and is subject to change without notice. Guests that opt to purchase amenity passes MUST purchase at the Bear Trap Pavilion.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
