Couples Golf Weekend

Great property, nicely appointed and very clean with lots of room - we had 3 couples and it was perfect. Great community and location only 3 miles from Bethany.

Beautiful Bethany Beach property perfect for a family

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is a 10 minute drive from the beach but so close to a lovely swimming pool and local amenities that we didn’t notice. The property itself was set up well for a large family. 10 of us found it I’d was l for a week. Plenty of multi-use spaces & some separation for when the little kids needed there peace. We were disappointed to find ants in the house, the cleaning job could have been improved & there is a hefty fee for the swimming pool which was never communicated prior to arrival…but these small issues did little to dampen a wonderful stay.

Could have been much better.

It is a nice home in a gorgeous community. The home itself needed a good, thorough cleaning, especially the bathrooms. The HVAC was not working properly and hot water was sporadic and then none at all. We had workers in and out on 3 of our 6 days there. So all in all not the best vacation. Bethany Beach is lovely and we will return there but not to this house.

Excellent property for our family stay

Property managers were very helpful with booking and payment information. They quickly responded when we called because the water was not hot enough. The community is beautifully kept. We felt safe as walked in the morning and the evening. Very kid-friendly. It would be nice if the amenities cost was pro-rated.

Great option for family getaway

Rental experience was easy. The house is in a cute neighborhood convenient to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Home

This was a perfect quick getaway place. The only issue was with cleanliness. There clearly was a dog in the property prior because there was lots of dog hair. I think this property is managed by a company and they really need to do a better job cleaning between stays - the glass showers had residue on them and there was left over tooth paste in one of the sinks. If the cleaning process can be tweaked I would have no problem giving this lovely property 5 stars.

Great vacation property!

It was a beautiful house & just perfect for our family! The property was a perfect location, right across the street from the pool, basketball & tennis courts, so my grandchildren had a great time!

We were very pleased with the townhouse. The only problem was that the listing states a trundle bed which it does not have in the kids room.
