Beautiful Home!

Perfect Family Friendly Rental for Beach Vacation

We had a blast at this rental. We had 4 adults and 5 kids (ages 1 through 13) and everyone lived comfortable for the week! Plenty of common space, well equiped kitchen, indoor/outdoor entertaining options and lots of bedroom/bathroom combinations. The home was clean upon arrival and exactly as advertised. The community pool was great. Keyless entry was easy and checkin/checkout a breeze. We will defintiely be back!

Honest Review

House has plenty of space and beautiful. However, there were issues with the home: 1. Toilet was clogged when we arrived 2. Sheets were dirty and had either blood or BBQ sauce on them when we arrived. 3. Patio railing was broken which caused a near fall for my 78 year old father. 4. Patio furniture was broken on arrival, but we were able to use plastic Adirondack chars. 5. Propane tank was completely empty when we went to grill. 6. Lack of pots and pans - if you are staying here and looking to cook at home, bring your ideal pots or pans for meals. A beautiful house, but the items mentioned above were not the ideal vacation we were planning. We have stayed in Bethany beach for over a decade and every house we have stayed in had cupboards filled with plenty of cookware. We were very limited and actually had to buy a new propane tank to grill, pans to cook in etc. Beautiful house and neighborhood, but for the price you pay, I'd recommend other houses. If the owner or Vacasa is interested in details, I rented the week of 7/16 - 7/23/2022.

Beach week outside Bethany

The house was large and had plenty of room for everyone. The neighborhood was very quiet and about a 10 minute drive to Bethany beach. Neighborhood pool was a quick walk and very convenient. House had all the cooking supplies and spices and oil for us. Really enjoyed the house

Family Vaca 2023

House and community so nice. Some issue with ceiling lights and microwave adjoined to the oven not working. Vacassa sent someone out asap but they did not figure it out either and did not seem to have access to the fuse or breakers oddly. Brought a countertop microwave and we made due with table lamps so no bother to our fun. A great house, fenced in yard for the dog awesome a wonderful family vacation :)

Family vacation

The house was spacious; the wifi strong; and the fenced yard was perfect for our dog and children. We loved the community pool, which we used every day. The grounds were well-maintained. We had a terrific week. We have one suggestion: the bunk bed is much too close to the ceiling fan. My granddaughter was hit hard by the rotating blades when she climbed to the top bunk. A child could be seriously injured. It would be better to have a set of twin beds in that room. Once we realized the danger we turned off the fan, but the blades were still in the way -- just not as dangerous. Note that we could not use the trundle as an alternative because the mattress in the trundle is too thick and it will not pull out. It is trapped under the lower bunk. Trundle mattresses are thinner. If the owners don't get rid of the bunk beds, they may want to replace the oversized mattress with a thinner trundle mattress.

A fantastic house at Bethany Beach!

The house overlooks a small pond with two fountains, has a fenced in back yard for dogs, includes sheets and towels, and has two ensuite bedrooms. Everyone in my family remarked on how clean the house was. The location, within a gated community, is great and only a 20 minute drive to Rehoboth. My family really enjoyed the upstairs balcony overlooking the family room. It would have been nice to have access to the garage, but the rest of the house was so nice it made up for it.
