- No Events or Parties – This home is intended for quiet, family-friendly stays. Large gatherings, parties, or events are not permitted.

- Quiet Hours – Please observe quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Be mindful of noise, especially in outdoor spaces, to respect our neighbors.

- Occupancy Limits & Parking – Please adhere to the maximum occupancy stated in your booking and park only in designated areas. Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted at the property. No additional visitors or unregistered guests are allowed without prior written approval from the host.

Sheets/linens/towels/beach towels ARE NOT provided. Guests will need to add 1 king, 2 queen sets, 1 full set, 1 twin set and towels to their packing list or make a reservation with Grand Rental Station to have them delivered to the house (227rent). We are not affiliated with this company in any way and only recommend those to guests in need of towels, beach towels and bed linens for their visit.
