Great Family Rental

This home was a PERFECT fit for the grandparents and teenagers alike! Plenty of room for everyone to spread out to do their thing, but also large enough gathering spaces to come together and make some memories! Several beautiful Delaware beaches were just a short drive away, making each day a new adventure! The house was very clean and had just about everything you would need to make it feel like home for the week. We all hope to make it back again soon!

Bethany Oceanview Club

Beautiful home and nicely furnished. Also loved the clubhouse gym and pool. convenient having the master on lower level with all other beds upstairs. I do agree with other reviews regarding temperatures in the house. To keep the upstairs comfortable the lower level was freezing! The only additional thing that would have been nice would be a back patio with gas grill.

Great house!

The house is well appointed, nice appliances and plenty of plates, silverware, etc for a large group. The laundry room is on the second floor which is nice because most of the bedrooms are up there. A couple of the doorknobs kept falling off which is annoying but not really a big deal. It would be nice if the bedrooms had TVs for unwinding at night and the upstairs was hot while the downstairs was freezing cold, but we made do. The community amenities are very nice and well kept/clean. The neighborhood is very safe and walkable. We loved the ping pong tables in the garage! The dining room was great for playing board games! Check in/out was very easy. The price point was great too! Would highly recommend!

We felt right at home here. Had everything we needed for a great vacation! We especially appreciated the beach items and the ping pong table was put to good use. The owners thought if everything and Vacasa was great to deal with.

Family Vacay

The house is beautiful and it’s in a nice location to Bethany Beach. The air condition is one of the biggest complaints. And we did not get to use the pool because of the cost of passes. So the air condition and the price for the pool passes are the two biggest complaints and they’re not even that big. The house is beautiful a lot of room very clean And it was a great vacation.

Good family vacation

Great property for family vacations! There were five bedrooms: four suitable for couples and only one which had the twin/bunk beds. Four cars fit in the driveway. (2 were SUV’s and it was fine). Our gamers loved the big TV’s. The house was very clean. The furniture was comfortable. The community center and pool were excellent. Family ping pong tournament: priceless. I already have requests to book this place next year.
