Great Location, Beautiful Place

Great house in a perfect location. Close to downtown and the beach. Was perfect for a long weekend stay. The top deck at night was a great spot to do some stargazing.

Family Beach Vacation

We had a great family vacation. We had a family group of 15, which included 5 children. The house was in a great location and easy to get to the beach and other things to do. The home was very clean and was the perfect size for our group.

Fantastic weeklong beach getaway

We love staying at this property. We’ve got a big group with grandparents and several grandkids. This is our 2nd time staying and the place is great. Very clean and plenty of room for our big group. Also just a short drive to Bethany, which is our favorite beach. All in all, a fantastic place to stay! Can’t wait to be back again next year!

Wonderful Family Vacation

The entire family enjoyed the space! Well stocked kitchen for large groups. Lots of games, puzzles, movies for all ages. Great place for families with kids. Convenient to grocery store and short drive to the beach! Lots of great memories made here!

Beautiful home!

Very spacious and beautifully updated home on the bay! Our group included four families with young children and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and not feel on top of each other. The kitchen was fully equipped and having two ovens was extremely helpful! Would love to return in the future and would highly recommend!

Excellent Bay House

We spent Christmas here and this house exceeded our expectations in every way! The place was very clean, spacious, and accommodated our group of 14 very well. The views of the Bay are beautiful. And the host was very easy to work with. We highly recommend staying here.

Big house with lots of rooms

My family stayed here for a week and were very happy with the house. 13 of us in total had plenty of room to sleep and spend time together. Owner is extremely fast to respond to any messages.

Wonderful Family Vacation

The house was clean and spacious, easily accommodating our family of 14 (8 adults, 6 young kids). Our favorite room was the kitchen and family room - the open floor plan allowed the adults to relax in the kitchen/dining area while the kids played comfortably in the next room. The location was convenient, being only 20 minutes or less from multiple beaches. We had an amazing time and would definitely stay here again.

Great Getaway Location

This house immaculate and the location is great, just a quick drive to the beach. Our family gathered to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary by doing a joint beach vacation. We couldn't be happier with the house, location, and the responsiveness of the owners. We had a minor problem accessing the house at check-in, but the owners were very accessible and helped resolve the issue immediately. Thank you for letting our family enjoy your beautiful home!

Bethany last minute

We decided on Bethany for a last minute Labor Day getaway and we were not disappointed! This home is very comfortable and well laid out to accommodate lots of guests. Well equipped kitchen and beautiful views of the bay. Hope to be back to Bethany soon!

Gorgeous house

This house is situated in a quiet neighborhood and in a perfect location. It is only a 10 minutes drive to a supermarket, liquor store, gas station and Beach! We like to go to the the Indian River Inlet beach because of the proximity and there’s plenty of parking. The Big Chill is located there which is great for using the bathroom or getting a bite to eat. We loved our stay and would go back again! 😊

Wedding Weekend

My fiancé and I rented this house for our wedding weekend. This house is everything we imagined and more. Stunning views of the bay from the kitchen and master bedroom made for incredible before wedding photos. Communication and check in process was flawless. I definitely recommend staying here to anyone.

Beautiful

This house was perfect for the group of friends that like to vacation on spring break together. The views of the bay are gorgeous especially the sunsets. The kids had a blast with all the space available. If you needed to get away for a moment, there are 4 levels so it’s easy to have your own downtime. Drive time to the beach, restaurants and shopping are very reasonable.

Nice location

The house was plenty big for 9 adults. We all had our own space but could gather together for dinner at the large table. Very nice view inside the dining roon and the rooftop balcony provided nice views outside. The house sits in a very quiet neighborhood, while still being a half hour drive from everything on the Delaware shore and Ocean City (traffic depending)

Beautiful place

The home was very comfortable and had modern updates, as well as a great view of the bay. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and even had a nice assortment of spices. Plenty of space for both adults and children to relax and play. As with most homes where the main living area is on the floor above the bedroom, early risers had to be very quiet because the footsteps and general noise was very audible from the bedrooms. Otherwise, it's a lovely place to stay and the host was responsive and helpful.

Girls Weekend

This house was perfect for a girls long weekend. There was plenty of sleeping room for the 9 of us. The view of the bay was beautiful. We would of loved to have used the decks but the weather did not cooperate. The main living area had a table that had plenty of room for our group to sit around and play games. The furniture in the family room was so comfy and so were the beds. Since we didn't have great weather we took a short uber ride to Salted Vines Winery which was really nice. I would definitely recommend this beautiful home by the bay.

Great house for families!

Our group of 10 family members stayed here this past week and we truly enjoyed it. The house had so much room and we never felt crowded at all. The view from the third floor kitchen and living room is outstanding. You can sit there all day and watch it and actually relax. We had nothing negative yo say except that the washing machine did not work and we found out a new one was on order. That forced us to have to go to the laundry mat a couple of times which was a little annoying, but in no way did that take away from giving this a five star review. We would definitely go back here.
