Nicest property that we have stayed in Oceanside

Very spacious property. Plenty of room for our group of 12. Great location. Easy walk to downtown.Best equipped kitchen that we have seen. The host has thought of everything to make your stay memorable. Never seen a 3 car garage on the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Perfection!

The location is excellent! The house is amazing! It is both spacious and inviting, with a tasteful beach vibe throughout. There are various areas throughout the property to hang out and we had everything we needed, plus more. Monique is an exceptional host and the house reflects her attention to detail. She was very welcoming and responsive. Her check in/check out info was detailed, clear and easy. The kitchen was well stocked (which is often not the case with rentals). Our only regret was that we could not stay longer.

Amazing stay! Truly luxury on the beach!

Monique’s place on the beach is outstanding. The house is massive and our family of 7 adults were completely comfortable throughout our 6 day stay. There is a gourmet kitchen and we had as many as 5 cooks working at once without a problem. The location is fabulous and we were close to everything. Would definitely start again.

A great week

The house is gorgeous and very livable and roomy. The upgraded features were very nice. The location could not be better for being in the ocean. The town is quaint and easy to get around. This is our 2nd time staying in Oceanside and this house was excellent. Monique is easy to work with and very responsive. All in all, a very nice week with family.

Our family had a wonderful time at this beautiful beach house! If you have more than three cars, parking could be inconvenient. Stephanie was easy to communicate with if we had questions and ver accommodating. Plenty of towels and beach items. This is a gorgeous place! Our family of sixteen people will definitely be back.😍🌊👍🏻

Expected More

The house is beautiful and spacious with gorgeous views, but in need of a little TLC. I had high expectations considering the cost and comparisons to other houses we’ve rented. A few examples, the freezer was broken and an old and very-rusted freezer box was placed in the middle of the kitchen for our use. The air conditioning was not functioning properly on the second floor throughout our stay, which made our nights somewhat rough with the July heat. There was also a vacant and vandalized house right next door to the property. Not what we expected. On a positive note, the house has so much extra room and perfect for a large group. It was stocked nicely for our large group. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and cookware. The bedrooms were spacious and all had well-stocked bathrooms. The house is on The Strand, which can be loud throughout the day and night. It’s also not directly on the beach which was a little disappointing. We had to walk about a mile to get to the beach where the kids could get into the water. Overall, our family had a good time and enjoyed our stay.

Great for families

A fantastic house located on the Strand that gave us all plenty of room. Stayed with my two kids and their families and we six adults would get up early and have coffee at the fire table and gather again late afternoon to watch the sunset, the people and the cars driving by on the Strand. The six grandkids all hung out in the media room, or the bunk room, or the rooftop Spa. They all said it was the best vacation ever. It was a great house with plenty of room and all of the amenities.

We had an amazing time

Incredible location, comfortably beds, timely communication from manager, very clean, safe and secure. The hot tub on the roof is the perfect spot to watch the sun set from. Would happily rent again should the occasion call for it.

Fantastic House - Interior is Excellent!

Only issue was Parking. We needed a large SUV for the # of guests and it wouldn't fit in the garage. No Parking in shared driveway.Ended up having to park on street and take beach access stairway up/down every time we needed to leave the house...otherwise highly recommend this unit, very nice, plenty of space for large groups!

Just Perfect

A big, gorgeous home right on the Strand provided an unforgettable getaway for our family group of 10. It was luxurious and offered with all that we desired, from a separate television room to a rooftop hot tub. The host was gracious and quick to respond to our questions. Highly recommend.

Best equip house ever

We had a fabulous time staying in this house. We love the fact that there were so many king beds and then four bunkbeds. We had a multigenerational family staying there and every wing of the building provided much privacy for each family, which is very unusual. My son is a chef and we cooked in every night and there was everything you could think of in the kitchen to supply you with from preparing food, storing food and cleaning up it was just great. We love the town of Oceanside. There were so many great restaurants and coffee shops to visit The host was very attentive and very communicative with us throughout our stay. She was greatI can’t recommend this house anymore. It was just fabulous.

Unforgettable wedding week

We stayed at paradise on the strand during the week prior to my son’s wedding in Botanica. It was a wonderful experience overall. Plenty of comfortable spaces for family and friends to be together or enjoy some alone time! The gas fire pit oceanside and rooftop spa were particular highlights! 4 master suites made all siblings feel special and grandkids loved the toy/beach closet.

Oceanside is a little gem- loved the town and our stay here. The house is great for groups, has several rooms with king beds and lots of bathrooms. Very comfortable, well stocked, and amazing views! Recommend 100%

The Gift of Paradise

Cozy beds, private bathrooms for each couple, fun and amazing views, thoughtfully supplied throughout the house, quality linens, well supplied spacious kitchen for group cooking, great upper and lower deck for conversations, grilling and watching the tides and surfers. We came seeking a place to renew our friendships but came away with so much peace and many wonderful memories. It’s kind of a magical place and we feel grateful for our time spent there. Monique was wonderful to work with and was quick to reply to our questions. This house, Paradise on the Strand, could not have been better named.

Friends for 40 years!

The house is great for a large group with plenty of large beds and bathrooms. They have a well-stocked closet of beach chairs, umbrellas, boards etc. The kitchen is very nice but missing a variety of large bowls & serving dishes and large cookware options. The different seating areas are nice and comfortable. It was our second stay here. Monique was accommodating and easy to work with. Thank you!

Amazing getaway!

We loved this beach house! It had so much space & everything we could have needed for a comfortable stay was provided, besides food of course! We were able to use their high chair for our baby and our kids loved the room they stayed in as well as the media room with the bean bag. We loved the spa on the roof, it was clean and well maintained. Sitting on the roof and listening to the waves was one of our favorite parts of the trip. It was a short walk to the sandy beach and it was so great to have all of the beach chairs, boogie boards & buckets and shovels we were able to borrow from the beach house. It made going to the beach so much easier! The rooms were clean & the kitchen was spacious & nice for cooking meals. We are so glad we stayed here and we will definitely recommend to friends and family! We definitely want to come back! Monique, the owner, was also very responsive and kind. We are so happy with how our trip went! Loved it!!!

Great house for large group

The house definitely is equipped to meet the needs of multiple families, which is an important requirement for our group. Tons of space, great location! We had a few issues with things not working, but Monique was very quick to respond and remedy the issues. Beds were comfortable, house was well stocked.

Fabulous House!!

The house accommodated all our families with children and we never felt like we were crowded! We cooked almost every meal and had everything we needed. The location and view is spectacular. So many extras like beach towels, bath products, video games for children….. we loved our stay at Paradise on the Strand!
