不满意：清洁度
Nick and Amy,Unfortunately our stay did not go as we planned. Finding where to park was difficult since our GPS kept taking us toward the strand. I reached out letting you know we were having trouble, but there was no response. I also asked for advice on where to keep a second vehicle with no response. Upon arrival the place smelled like smoke (not sure if it was smoked in or just an old odor). The door handle to the patio did not work, which we were made aware of. The next day we were told it would be fixed. I reached out about a time so I could plan my baby’s nap around it. You told me you would accommodate my time; I said between 12–2 since she naps. The guy arrived at 12:15 and was fiddling with the fans, not even working on the door. We then left to go home to give the baby a nap. At that point we were very frustrated; nothing was easy. The floors, couch, and rug were dirty, and my baby’s clothes became filthy. I was no longer comfortable there. I reached out asking for cleaning supplies and you did supply a Swiffer. It seems you have maintenance on-site or close, I would have expected someone to clean, but I did it and then covered the couch and rug with sheets. The door handle was fixed, but you still can barely open it; it doesn’t slide smoothly at all. We slept there only one night and came during the day to use the condo for parking and changing. Side note: the gate to the beach is not easy; there should be better notes on how to open it. Overall not satisfied.
